Lighting design is a field I discovered during my first training in stagecraft. However, I quickly set it aside to focus entirely on sound.
It was with the concept of The World of Warblers that my desire to dive back into the world of stage lighting was reignited. I also had the opportunity to work on the lighting design for a children's show, Jour après Jour.
I particularly appreciate the mise en abyme that a lighting creation offers, as well as the embellishment it brings to the narration. This is why I am sharing here the realization of The World of Warblers. New projects should also come to life, thanks to collaborations with certain groups I work with. These experiences allow me to continue this enriching work, which adds a true narrative dimension to the stories carried by a show.
As a side note, the two platforms I currently use for lighting design are Dlight and Avolight.
