I delved into the enchanting world of music from a very young age. My first steps in this sonic universe were with the violin, which was soon replaced by the piano keys. However, it was through the flute that I ultimately found a true passion.
My academic journey began with a training program in stage management in Liège, where I acquired the skills needed to navigate the world of performing arts.
Driven by a thirst for a deeper understanding of sound, I then pursued sound engineering studies at INSAS in Brussels, further broadening my horizons in the field of audio.
Alongside my studies, a creative adventure began with the founding of Les Temps Mêlés in Verviers: a rather unique space that was once stables, steeped in a variety of stories.
With a touch of madness, we transformed this space into a studio, a concert hall, and a venue for occasional performances. Fun fact: music had already echoed within these walls back in the 1970s. La Jument Balance, a café-concert of the time, left its musical imprint on this place, already rich with history.
For me, balance is essential between the technical and artistic aspects. By juggling the roles of sound engineer and artist, I find a harmonious synergy that brings my projects to life. Now working as a freelancer, my journey reflects an unwavering passion for music and a strong determination to shape sound with ever-greater precision.
